You can reach the data tracking features from your Engagement Rx dashboard. Click on 'Trackers' located in the menu on the left-hand side.
The various trackers available for your use include:
Sleep Tracker
Weight Tracker
Blood Glucose Tracker
Blood Pressure Tracker
Cholesterol Tracker
A1C Tracker
