Modified on Thu, Feb 20 at 8:51 AM

If you want to delete your account, including all information from our system, you can do it in two ways:

  1. You can go to "My Profile" once you are logged in and self-delete your account there, OR
  2. you can submit a ticket to our support team.

Self-Deleting from Your Portal

When you are logged in, click on the Account icon in the upper right corner, then click My Profile:

Scroll to the bottom of the My Profile page, and you'll see the option to delete your account. Once you click it, you'll see the warning box to make sure you want to delete the account: click "Delete Account".

Submit a Ticket in Our System

There are a couple of ways to submit a ticket to our support team. Once your ticket is received, they can delete your account for you.

From here, you can send a request to delete your account.
