My completion certificate won't print

To print your course completion certificate, follow the below instructions. 

1. Go to the upper right hand corner of your Engagement RX homepage and click on the "Account". 
2. Once the drop down is displayed please click on "My Profile".  
3. Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and under the "Transcripts" section choose 'Print Certificate'. 

Note: If the certificate does not print, make sure your pop up blockers are not enabled.

1.  Click on the Chrome menu icon in the upper-right corner of the browser, and then click on Settings. 
2.  Click on the Show Advanced Settings link at the bottom. 
3.  Scroll down to the Privacy header and click on the big Content Settings button. 
4.  Scroll down a little bit more in the window that appears until you see the Pop-ups section.
