If you are using the Chrome internet browser to play your Engagement RX course videos, and you are experiencing buffering but no video play, follow the below troubleshooting suggestions.
1. Refresh the page
2. Change your browser from Chrome to another one (Internet Explorer, Microsoft Edge, Firefox, Safari)
3. Turn of your hardware acceleration. Copy and paste the below URL into your browser. Then toggle to the 'OFF' position, hardware acceleration
